Question 1:What are some of the reasons that working adults are going back to school? Ans:They can have better knowledge so that they will have higher income to support the family.
Question 2:Would you encourage your parents / any working family members to go back to school? Why?
Ans:Yes.Because the more knowledge is better, even if they meet foreigners to fight for a higher position they will stand a better chance and they will have a lower possibilities of getting sacked as the market is now very bad.
