Question 1:State two activities that the writer’s school carry out to promote the Olympics amongst the students.
Ans:One of the activity is that the school made it's prefects to play in ancient Greek costume to narrate the history of the Games and play the role of the prime minister making his victory speech after Singapore won the bid to host the first Youth Olympic Games.Another activity is that the school told the students about Kuwait,a country that Singapore is twinned with ,as part of
Friends@YOG.
Question 2:Singapore has won the Youth Olympics Games (YOG) 2010 bid. In your opinion, what are some of the things that Singapore students can do to contribute to the success of the YOG 2010?
Ans:Students can play some of the games in the Youth Olympics participants play.Students can also prepare themselves to be a professional in any game of the YOG and maybe later particapate in YOG.
